Geoff Surratt has served the local church for more than 35 years, including leading the multisite expansion of Seacoast Church, overseeing multisite and church planting at Saddleback Church, and serving as Managing Director of Exponential. He is the founder and CEO of MinistryTogether, where he coaches churches and leaders in strategic planning, teaching, and staff development. For The Church Digital he wrote 'Back To The Past: The Quick End Of Innovation In The Church,' reflecting on church innovation after the early-pandemic surge.
