Matt Welty is the Director of the Studio at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, one of the largest churches in America, overseeing marketing, design, branding, digital products, and insights. Previously serving as Director of Digital Strategy and Pastor of Technology, he led the creation of Crossroads Anywhere, a mobile-first platform enabling national digital participation across the church. He has spent over eight years at Crossroads, championing a philosophy of technology as a positive transformative force in ministry.
