Dr. Samuel L. Hayes Jr. is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who spent 25 years in Special Operations, enlisting as a private and retiring as an O-5. He is Co-International Director of the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders, leads His Glory International Ministries, and teaches management and leadership — as adjunct assistant professor of management at Fayetteville State University and as doctoral chair for the school of business at Liberty University. He holds a Doctor of Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, where his doctoral research first crossed paths with theChurch.digital, and lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
