I am a grief catalyst skilled in grief care awareness, passionate about sharing and being present in others' suffering and pain. This is not just about the death of a loved one but about all life transitions and ripple-effect losses.

My husband says I have misophonia, a disorder where certain sounds like loud chewing and breathing are incredibly annoying, especially high-pitched clicking. I met my spouse on OKCupid, and we've been married since 2013. We have a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix named Leona, aka Chicken Dog. She's afraid of every little noise.
