- can appoint an EDGE Champion (staff or key volunteer)
- are willing to begin with one community space, with simple rhythms and a newcomer welcome
- want a clear scoreboard and a steady pace of “by next meeting” steps
What You’ll Build
Over the engagement, you’ll build a church-specific playbook (module sheets), typically including:
- EDGE One-Page Scorecard (baseline + targets + owners)
- Target Audience Brief (who you’re welcoming + first invitation)
- Digital Community SOP (roles, rhythms, moderation, care escalation)
- Follow-up workflows (watcher → known → belonging)
- generosity rhythm grounded in clarity and stories
- EDM Launch Kit + Round 2 handoff plan
- Dashboards + monthly review rhythm
